General Policy
How2Surf4Cash.com's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system herein referred to as How2Surf4Cash.com, us, we and our. How2Surf4Cash.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by us if we determine that the account has been inappropriately used.
How2Surf4Cash.com forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist or abusive material, warez, or anything that may possibly offend others.
You are only allowed one account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts could have all accounts deleted deleted without notice and any money in your account forfeited, so please do not register more than one account. If you have a problem with your main account, simply contact an administrator or a support person to help you access your account.
Payment Policies
As a Member, you agree to pay all charges relating to the use of your account according to our rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. How2Surf4Cash.com reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice although we typically send out periodic annoucements to let our members know what is hapening with the website and your account.
Cancellation
All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and the difference returned to Member unless the cancellation was caused by Member's violation of our policies and in that case, no refunds will be issued if you are found to have violated our terms or policies.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities could have their account(s) immediately canceled or deleted without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless How2Surf4Cash.com for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. How2Surf4Cash.com will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
How2Surf4Cash.com will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. How2Surf4Cash.com cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. How2Surf4Cash.com reserves the right to revise its policies at any time with or without notice, so please check this area on a regular basis and or our news area.
Member understands that How2Surf4Cash.com services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. How2Surf4Cash.com shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
